Stephanie is a Content Marketing Strategist, Trainer and Coach. She is a writer and strategist; blogging and crafting online strategies on a daily basis.

Since she was young, she was always drawn to creative adventures and started writing short stories and reading ravenously early on.

Soon after Graduating from University Stephanie decided to indulge in her love for tech and started learning web programming. She saw this as the key to build a location-free income to fulfill her dream of traveling the world.

Whilst working as a Tech Trainer, Stephanie built a side-business freelancing as a web developer and consultant for the larger agencies in Malta including JPA, TBWA and Ogilvy, as well as a vast portfolio of personal clients. This is how she realised she had a talent for coming up with strategies to help people monetise their online presence.

She wanted to use content strategies to help clients educate their audience into buying. No sleazy sales pitch. Just plain honest information with a bit of flair and imagination.

In 2008 she set-up Defined Branding with her now husband Jody Fiteni. The two grew the company to a full-service agency before leaning out in 2016 to become specialists in Online Marketing and Video productions. For 8 years the agency employed 10 office-based workers and became a very time-hungry business.

This was moving further and further away from Stephanie's dream of having a location-free business. Whilst still managing the Online Side of the business, Stephanie began building an online coaching business. Although as a mother her priorities shifted, Stephanie began to understand how her online coaching business helped her build flexibility into her life that allowed her to spend more time at home with her daughter, whilst still having a good income. This inspired her to help other women achieve this too and became a strong motivator in her new coaching business.

Stephanie coaches entrepreneurs, small business owners, and other coaches, helping them become better known online to build an audience and sell their services. She loves helping today's entrepreneurs become tomorrow's influencers and experts to command higher prices.

Stephanie believes in doing what you preach and is a prolific content creator. She has sold online courses and a range of content coaching packages and is always creating new valuable content. She has taught many coaches and entrepreneurs from all over the world.

When she is not working, Stephanie can usually be found horse-riding, belly-dancing or jogging. She loves to spend time with her family and in nature. She loves tinkering away in the kitchen and creating marvellous new recipes. She also writes in her free time, especially after a few glasses of wine on a Sunday, but you won't find that content here ;)
